Chow mein recipe with Chinese chicken
The ingredients to prepare chow mein with Chinese chicken
2 chicken breasts, cut into medium pieces
250 g bean sprouts, soaked, washed and drained
2 cups noodles (Chinese pasta), dried
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 sweet red pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons cornmeal
1 teaspoon of sesame

How to prepare chow mein with Chinese chicken
Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the chicken pieces and let soak for about an hour. Drain from the marinade and keep the marinade aside.
The sesame oil is heated in a pan, add the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
