Financial tigers with chocolate

RECIPIENT OF CHOCOLATE HEART TIGER FINANCIALS
INGREDIENTS (for 8 pieces):
For the financiers:
- 120 g of hazelnut butter (for more details, see the bottom of the article)
- 145 g of sugar
-75 g of almond powder *
- 115 g egg whites
- 58 g flour
- 45 g chocolate vermicelli
- 85 g whole liquid cream
- 70 g of dark chocolate or milk
- 10g of sweet butter

- A mini-savarin mold
Realize the financiers:
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C
Make a nutty butter (detail at the bottom of the article) and let it cool.
Mix together the sugar and the almond powder and add the egg whites and mix again
Then add the flour and gradually the cooled hazelnut butter until the unit is smooth and homogeneous.
Finally, add the chocolate vermicelli and stir well.
Pour the dough in the mold (previously buttered if it is a metal mold)
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C ... 20 to 25 minutes
And then carefully unwind the financiers and let them cool on a rack
When the financiers have cooled, prepare the chocolate ganache:
Pour the liquid cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat
While the cream is heating, cut the chocolate into small pieces and place in a container.
When the cream is boiling, pour it over the chocolate and let stand for about a minute.
Mix gently with a spatula from the center of your container
Now add the chopped butter and mix until you get a smooth and shiny ganache.
Immediately fill the hearts of chocolate ganache financiers.
